I was there for all of that garden cock.. don't forget how we let Nebraska get away again in 86 in willy BI was there in 81when George won the Heisman.I thought that 5.0 Mustang GT Todd has was rad alos. I rember sterling sharpe with 3 vehicles while in school a maxima, a truck and i forget the other car. You speak of ran Bethea and his parents but lets not forget the great set up when that plant threw drugs in his firebird. My times have change now that anyone can date and nobody cares now. Was there for the last second pass to Ira Hillary when we beat wake at the last second to go to the gator bowl at 8-3/ Went through the losses in the 80's to the citadel, ECU [not sure we lost to app State though]. . and I too get a little frustrated with some of the new fans on this board. back in the day it was only people like Yellowfin, Plano and Kubby breaking info for us and now you see someone like fin attacked and eviscerated by johnny come latelys on this board.
So bottom line, these young cats need to chill and show some respect to us old heads, lol

I appreciate allthe info shared. My point is that I work for myself and one business keeps my two boys and wife afloat and the other has bankrupted me. One of the true joys I have in life other than my family is THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA and our ATHLETICS. I enjoy all of the information and input, ; it just bumbs me out when we start tearing and clawing at what is going on. I am not afraid of ANYBODY when it comes to recruiting knowledge over the past thirty years. I don't want sunshine pumpers because we will then become like the taters. All I am saying is can we please drop all the B.S. and negativity and talk about the school that we LOVE. NOT backing down Steve/steve / altough pride will have to be my currency; Is it impossissible to have a great website(this is best in 247 that I have seen). If people don't agree then I will gladly stop posting. ( Tonight is post 3-5or6 for me in 2 years). Sorry for any gramatical errors stevecook; I have to hunt and peck with three fingers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve, you could be right. But UGa has 20 commitments. Of those 20, 3 are on the o-line. 1 three star center, 1 four star guard, and 1 three star tackle. Sounds like they could use another tackle. Maybe they have better choices. Their own site had an article that said Vonashek was about to commit to Georgia before his dad had an unexpected cardio related problem. Other teams came forward with offers and he put UGa off. Maybe, they told him that he had his chance, should have taken it. Still sounds like Clemson, doesn't it.
