I suppose I just don't get all this talk about a recruit being Bama-bound, guaranteed. If you try hard enough in recruiting then sometimes the impossible can happen. I've followed this long enough to know that great, hard-working recruiters do pull upsets. Aside from Ward and Mangus, I'm not certain we have anyone on staff who fits that bill. Don't just go through the motions because everyone believes he is signed-sealed-delivered to Tuscaloosa, with Miles and Richt hot on his heels. Dabo is a weirdo but follow his recruiting method. It does work more often than not. S. Carolina, IMO, can get more Top 100 recruits if it sells out on the trail a little more. Put Ward on Nkemdiche and tell him to just do his thing.
