Nkendiche, blackmail, Dabo, Clemson

Dabo's got no choice but to cut Nkemdiche loose.
It's one thing to offer a scholarship to a 4-star RB who we offered and to a 3-star DB who had some decent offers. That's not a bad deal. Nkemdiche's public strong-arming is going to force Dabo to cut the kid loose.

I think it's the opposite. i think he's got too much invested in this kids commitment already to cut him loose. Not sure he can afford to do it.

Is the kid worth throwing away a scholly or two? He might be, but it sure looks like this nkdimi kid is trouble waiting to happen with his demands/requests.

If abo cuts RD loose, what does he do with the other grayson boys? It seems to me ago is in a no win situation. Much like he is when he plays the Gamecocks.

There could be a very "telling" reason they can't cut him loose. They may just have to do whatever it takes to keep him happy and quiet. This could get much more interesting. I have no inside info here, just speculating.

I have a different perspective on this. I don't have a problem with Nkemdiche using his leverage to help his friend. Not knowing him, I can't say he is a head case, or a problem waiting to happen. I imagine Dabo will have to decide if Nkemdiche is worth the scholarships. Nothing wrong with that, imo.

i don't get all the chatter.. CU gets the number 1 recruit, a 4 star back, and a 3 star from the high school.. the qb is not going to cost any scholarship bc he is a walk on. I don't see where they are on the losing end of this.
Would we have recruited Nick Jones if Marcus Lattimore played for Spring Valley?

Then you are more obtuse than I suspected. Most everyone else seems to grasp that RN wants to "help" as many of his boys as he can, and it appears one coach is willing to take more than the others, at least for now, to get/keep RN in the boat. I'm willing to bet we (and Saban and Miles) were not willing to be so accommodating.
