If they needed an extra scholarship I don't think it's a big deal to ask a guy who's worth half a billion dollars to pay tuition.

We're talking about a guy who was amazed to find he had an actual $1 bill.

Typically academic scholarships go to children from families that can afford to pay their tuition. I don't see people clamoring for those kids parents to pay their way. If he was good enough to earn his scholarship he should get it just like every other player.

The critics, especially any at UCLA, are being very shortsighted. P-Diddy could donate a sizable chunk of money to the school that would help it in ways that paying for the scholarship never could.

It's a patently asinine assertion to suggest that because his father is wealthy he should give back his scholarship. Until we start means testing for academic and athletic scholarships it's silly to suggest that Sean Combs kid shouldnt be on a scholarship. When Mike Golic or Howie Longs kid got schollies nobody complained and I'm betting if Steve Jobs kid gets an academic scholly to Stanford it will be heralded and not criticized.

I met Justin at his birthday party in Atlanta when he was 14. My wife used to party plan and did some work with puffy's baby mama kim. There is no way he earned a scholarship playing football on merit alone. I'm sure he was good but not division 1. He may have grown a foot by now though.

People are making a big deal out of this only because he is Puffy's son. That is unfair. I know people whose parents are extremely wealthy, who while at Carolina had so much academic scholarship money that they actually got checks for the surplus left over after all the tuition, housing, and meal plans were paid for.

Actually, this is the one of those rare time that I am telling the truth. I live in atlanta and we meet all kinds of celebrities. My favorite lunch spot is crawling with them. We saw Kevin Garnett the last time we went. Charles Barkley is a regular . When my wife used to party plan we got to meet the who's who of hip hop and r & b. I've been to many celebrities children's birthday parties. Only one problem, I don't care for the music . I have heard all of the names but I can't tell you what they sing. Puffy is a jerk. Usher is very nice and warn, wycliffe is very humble. TI is very short and weighs no more than 89 lbs, Keisha cole and Ciara need Jesus. Anyone who lives in Atlanta and chills out at the four seasons Park 75 can corroborate my story. I just don't get to meet the people that matter to me except for Travis Tritt. He lives in Paulding county and is very accessible. I also got to meet Sting but that was in the Wyndham casino in old San Juan. I got to meet Joe Pinner at a Charity Auction at Condor Elementary in the late 70's and a guy named Dick Riley that some of you may know.someone from Atlanta please corroborate.
