OT: Time Warner Cable in Columbia

Anyone else lose their tv and Internet signal from Time Warner today? Mine hasn't worked for the past hour or two.
I tried to call in to TWC tech support and am getting a busy signal. I have called probably 10 times with no luck of getting through...

I was really enjoying watching college baseball but then everything froze. I have a Verizon air card, so I can still use the Internet, but I'm not a very happy boy right now.

Yeah, I'm going to get my Verizon 4G MiFi going now and try and get on ESPN 3 from the laptop.

Mine is back on now (6:30 pm) but I lost it and the internet for about a hour and a half here in Surfside Beach....Arky just took the lead over Florida in the top of the 11th...2-1

I got lucky and was able to reach Tech Support after about 15-20 minutes of trying...they said the whole state was down...ouch. Bad timing, the wife and child gone out for the day and I had a lot of work I wanted to get done on the web when I got home. Came home after working all day, to find the Internet out....ughhhhhh.

Darlington, Florence, Sumter... all of TWC's Columbia to NMB loop was down. Somebody dug up a fiber line, I'm told.

happens a lot, actually. its when its cut by some construction contractor somewhere that makes the outages long
