Don't know availability or your price level but if you can get a room, The Inn at Harbour Town is a cool hotel. I also really like the Main Street Inn which is away from Sea Pines but is a great set up as a bed and breakfast and you can hit the cross island toll road to get to Sea Pines within a few minutes. Pretty damn good prices there as well.

The holiday Inn oceanfront used to be a great place, but the hotel was really worn down but someone told me this weekend that they have just renovated the entire place so might be worth checking into.

I stayed there about 2 years ago on a Memorial Day weekend and it was really starting to get run down. It's in a great location, hopefully the renovations done some good.
