Either is ok by me.
I like Martin's coaching style.
However, I think Marshall would be here for the long haul, assuming he has some success.

Martin.
Thus far, that's 11 votes for Martin and 3 votes for Marshall.
Sort of an interesting dynamic if Martin is, in fact, the decoy and becomes a more popular choice than Marshall - long been the fan favorite.
Personally would be happy with either one.
