    But this arrest blows all abo preaches out of the water. He tells everybody who will listen that if you go to Columbia you will be arrested. It does not happen in clemson. He sells it. Well so much for that myth. It happens up there. The only difference is some cop must have arrested him without knowing who he was.

    Driving a car with a temp tag, hitting a curb, car smells like they have been smoking. He got simple possesion. I think he came out alright.

    He won't miss a game. They don't suspend you up there for beating women. They don't suspend you for getting on a boosters jet ski and running over someone. You just don't get suspended up there if you are a player. Don't worry about Sammy. abo will take care of him.

    Well that is life.

    Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

    The fact is he broke the law and he will have to pay for it.

    I don't know who your girlfriend is but I don't think she was the best player on the football team and the queen of espn. Sammy will not lose his scholarship unless there is more to the story.

    If your girlfriend lost her scholarship for simple possesion first time charge that was a little harsh. But you have to know what is right and wrong.

    That's why it's illegal. Just don't do it.

    I really could care less if Sammy plays or doesn't. What this really does is make Abo out to be a hypocrite and a liar. So much for his recruiting pitch to young prospects that you can't get in trouble or you will be protected in that little old country hamlet called taterville. Bad things can happen anywhere. It will certainly change his approach and will help our cause when a recruit's mother brings up the city vs country comparison.

    I wouldn't rejoice a player getting injured or getting kicked out of school for academics. But it was simple possession of weed, hardly different than an underage drinking ticket. He'll sit one game and be back. This hardly affects his life.

    Well, it might not affect his life, but on the other hand it will come up at draft time in 2 more years.

    It was not a wise decision on his part from a financial prospective.
