I don't know if it's normal or not. But it's certainly not a bad problem to have.
I know people are mentioning it, but I'd be surprised if one, or more, doesn't change positions. As none of those will graduate after this year and we should be adding at least one more in the next class.

We will have some attrition either at the end of this season or sooner. Eight is a lot. But the numbers always work out. Hopefully, the numbers will allow us another DL recruit this year.

22 position players plus punter and kicker is 24. x 4 deep would be 96 which is 11 over the ship limit. 3 deep would be 72 which is 13 under the limit. So most position should be 3 to 4 deep. If you count 2 RB positions that would be 6 to 8. If you count three WR it would only be 3 or 4 at RB. So 5 or 6 sounds about right just doing the math.
