It can't hurt when you have the best recruiter in the country, the Nick Saban of college baseball, promoted to head coach. Coach Holbrook will keep this program rolling right along. I will eat the insoles of Whittle's shoes if their is a significant dropoff in our baseball program.

Good to hear. I am sure with Coach Tanner not being far away really helps out. The one comment " I want get to say I played for coach Tanner" I hadn't looked at it that way I bet that is the most disappointing thing about the switch. I am sure Playing for Coach Holbrook will be special in that you are starting your careers together.

Whittle, any insight on how this may affect Taylor Widener (sp?) from Aiken? I used to work with a neighbor of his who told me that Holbrook was one if the primary reasons he committed, but that he would probably end up going pro out of high school.
