Might not bring flash, but defiantly seems like he will work hard and be a solid back given the opportunity.

cutting after 5 months? i know each kid is different but marcus isn't cutting till like month 7 right?

This dude had some pretty impressive stats his junior year:
He had 2051 yds, for, get this, a 13.2 avg per rush. That is astounding.
As a comparison, Shon Carson had a hundred or so more yards, but a 9.1 avg per rush.
His senior year, he played late in the season with a torn ACL, he is a tough kid. He risked a lot to help his team in the playoffs doing that. You cannot underestimate what is inside this kid to do that. Impressive.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.

I don't know the extent of Salley's injury but Lattimore tore his ACL and damaged if not tore his MCL as well.

Also, although Marcus wants to push himself, he doesn't want to do anything stupid and risk a setback. He is on a predetermined pace to ready himself for a BIG injury free season.

This kid played in one of the toughest 1-A conferences. Please do not underestimate the ability of this young man. I have watched him play and I am here to say he is going to be a shocker for Carolina. He did not go to many camps and did not get the looks as other players but can play with the best. Remember Alshon came from a 1-A high school as well. He will complete and find the field a fact you can take to the bank.

Great head on his shoulders. Sounds like a great kid. I can see him playing a big roll When his time comes.
