Curious why Ace returns punts and not KO's. Bruce has done a great job but seems like Ace would be a great one to have back there. Anybody from TBS have any insight on this? Thanks!

Great news. I really feel like Ace, Chaz and Victor all co ing back is a great reflection of the character of the kids that we're getting now. It wasn't that long ago that E. Cook, Captain and others all jumped ship early at the first chance. I'm proud of these young men and proud to be a gamecock!

Another sign of the change in culture the Head Ball Coach has made. I believe if Latti hadn't had his injuries he would have returned too (but can't question his decision). Great, great news!!

I'm kinda surprised. Even tho a bit under the Pro height desires theres' a team out there who could have really used him. He s a difference maker just like JD so between the 2 maybe there are 2 more wins just on their talent.
So very, very happy he decided to stay.

We needed Chaz and Hampton in the Dee scheme really bad as well in 2013,
Our backfield was needing experience next year as we developed the

Different skill sets. What makes him a great PR isn't exactly what you want on KR. kR is about pure speed and vision, they need to see a crease and hit it hard, IMO Ace jukes too much to be a great KR. I like Ellington for that, he doesn't dance he just hits the seam.

Agreed. A RB with great vision and speed usually makes a great KR, too, ala Felix Jones for Arky a few years back or Trent Richardson from Bama.
