  • Those cutbacks won't work in the SEC but he has the skills to be coached up. Great addition to the fold.

Agree. I guess it's cause of the game this weekend, but I watched this tape and thought to myself "ok, he's a solid HS RB, but I'm glad we got him primarily b/c of the baseball aspect, and hopefully he can contribute in football."

My very next thought was "actually, he looks like the kind of guy we pass on, then kills it at Vandy (Warren Norman) or Kentucky (Locke/Cobb)." Though he probably lacks elite-anything as a football player, he also probably, given his athleticism and success in multiple sports, is a 'baller' type player that just makes plays when the lights are on.

Either way, great pick up, and hope he makes it to school.

First thing I thought of watching those highlights was this kid looks like a speedier Kenny Miles. He has good vision and enough quickness to find a lane to cutback.

  • I don't know what you guys have been smokin but he is a running back in league with Ace Sanders as a reciever. He is an elite talent IN FOOTBall. "Cutbacks" is what Lattimore and Alabama's Ingram excel at.

  • I can't get the highlight to play. I downloaded the plug-in but still not luck. I have watched videos on AV before not sure what the problem is. Anyone else having problems with Mozilla and watching this video.

I agree on Lattimore more so then Ingram who just is so low and powerful. I love the cutbacks, if he was simply a kid that ran to the outside and out ran everyone I would say that doesn't work in the SEC. The fact he makes quick decisive cuts is exactly what you need in SEC.
