Simply Amazing

  • It is really quite amazing what this baseball team has accomplished. 21 straight postseason wins, 2 National Titles with a chance for a third. 2 years ago they lost players such as Merrifield, Haney, Enders, and Cooper. Last year they lost Bradley, Wingo, Mooney, Morales, and Thomas. But yet, they are going back to Omaha for a chance to win a third title. Even if they don't win another game this year, it has been an amazing run! Battle! Win Anyway! Fear the Fish!

  • This 21 game streak.... or whatever it ends at.... may stand for generations. It very possible for a good team to come through and win two consecutive CWS, but to do it without losing one single post season game is almost beyond comprehension.

    Think about all the things that have to GO RIGHT for this to happen. Phenomenal run Gamecocks.
