He is getting crushed on the SM board by the fans.Looks like Ricky the OC had some heath problems and he had to replace him on the fly.I would say some of his staff hires are questionable.Hope he can get it going this year.

Some of our fans will tell you that he is 'living the dream'. If living the dream means showing the nation that you are over your head as a head coach (second time around), then I would agree with them. Never has been, nor ever will be, head coach material. Didn't help him at all employing all those washed-up, has-been, incompetent, ex-tater choaches. Will never wish success on any team with that much of an 'orange' foundation to it.
