USC is making too much money with the football program. As part of the penalty, anyone making minimum wage in SC gets a free four years at the Cola. campus.
To keep the min. wage earners comfortable, they won't have to attend classes or do schoolwork. They'll simply get room, board, fed, and a degree.
So be it!! At least according to ACE Bateman and the NCAA.
