No Boeing Brown did not get invited. He doesn't have the same capabilities that Mitch or Olsen do; Mitch and Olsen are elite qb's.
Brown is a prolly a great guy but he isn't near the qb as these too. We aren't actively recruiting him either. He would just be another guy for people on this board to freak out on wondering why our staff would offer someone with his ranking so early and take a commit from him this early. (To be honest, we aren't gonna offer him unless we just miss on all our qb recruits - he just isn't high on our board)

What is wrong with recruiting a Pro Style QB for this cycle? Are Nosovitch and McEvoy both Dual Threat QBs? It seems that would give Mangus and Spurrier the luxury of creating dynamic QB packages. Don't see anything wrong with that.

Agree sounds like a great prospect, sorry so many get caught up in trying t oread a coaches mind, might be simpler to ask him. Why don't you ring him or SOS up and ask. Ask Flo for the number he was tracking SOS' movements up and until the cancer benefit/draft, when the gps tracker fell out.

I would imagine available and interested skill set may play a role in signing a drop back QB. Meaning it would be better to have a 4 star drop back than a 3 star runner, assuming the star rating is flawless but you get what I am saying. 50/50 guy might not be available or interested so take the best available that you can get to commit.
