In the Bart Wright column this am Bart says (in a phone call) that SOS advised he is toying with going for 100 wins at Carolina. I don't think I had seen this stated as a probable goal before.
Sounds good to me!

Coach is in no rush to leave.
1st coach with 100 wins at 2 SEC schools.....that would be sweet!!!
He'll need to average 8.5 wins per season over the next 4 years. Based on where our program is right now, I like his chances.
34-17, 4-3, 7-1, 29-7, 34-13 ALL STOP!!! It's a GREAT TIME TO BE A GAMECOCK! Back 2 Back Natty's! DOMINATION By GAMECOCK NATION!
If he stays 4 more years he will have coached here longer than he did at Florida. And he'll still be younger than JoePa or Bobby Bowden were, and younger than Bill Snyder currently is.
Remember when he got here and all the Clemson, UGA, and Tennessee fans were saying that he's going to retire soon? Or that he was going to take the Bama/LSU/Tennessee/Florida job? Good times. Good times...

Spurrier...I appreciate him plenty
He's had only one losing season, (his first at Duke). His record is incredible. But he's never gone undefeated, so that is another 'first" that surely is on his radar. An undefeated season and therefore a NC at South Carolina would be his crowning glory!
