  • It's really quite simple. Our boys have to look past all of the distractions and live by the "win anyway" motto. It's what great teams do and we have a great team with incredible leaders.

  • I feel better overall, but my biggest concern is still the same 1 on the injury front. Quarles is out, but I'd hoped We'd be close to 100% with either Jerideu or Surratt by the weekend & the other could play some.

I feel like if 1 of those 2 guys can play a good bit, with Fordham who has played the position... Really his whole career here until this yr along w/ Dixon Jr who has looked good in his limited action, we'd be ok w/ our ability to keep fresh LB's on the field. That unit hasto really play well this week (LB), much better than a week ago.

The running game, I could see being effective. Considering UF really has to prepare for 2 RB's who offer different skill sets, the ability to get the edge & the fact we will be using 3, keeping them fresh & probably get some from 21. I could see a change of pace & success on the outside w/ Shaw, Miles, Davis & maybe even a few end arounds from the fast WR's.... Opening up the middle for 21's limited carries as well as the passing game.

I really expect SOS to be really multiple & aggressive early throwing the ball to loosen the Gators up, try to get up early to open the run & keep his D fresh. We'll see. I anticipate a lot of TE action, multiple TE & RB's sets, as well as an aggressive early vertical passing attack. I feel the play-calling will be very multiple & things we've yet to really se.

  • I think we will see a no holds bar attitude this Sat. I can't help to think the Flu bug was started @ Lsu
And had us a little flat. These guys should be encouraged enough to close the gaps and block for the
Team leaders to make it happen!
We know SOS is making sure he is ready with a different gameplan in mind to adjust these issues! Besides it is the same place we clinched the 2010 SEC EAST!
    Beast mode!

  • Next man up. We have a good team with good depth. I ain't too worried about a couple of people being out.
