There wasn't a report. The NCAA checks out things all the time without having an official investigation.
That includes here before the hotel thing. A lot of times they don't find anything wrong so nothing comes of it.
Guys, we all know that if anything comes from this, it will be from an independent source's investigation, not the NCAA. They may get in later IF something fishy is going on, and IF evidence is brought forward that verifies that the vehicle was "provided."
He's one good thing... if he's driving the car and it's NOT his, that's just as bad as someone buying him a car, in the eyes of the NCAA. Providing additional benefits doesn't distinguish between loaners and gifts.
We need to get the investigative reporters at Yahoo interested in this. They are the best in the business, as they busted Miami and UNC. They will get to the bottom of this, if they get involved.
