345 days of the year there is the need for the Sarge and Whittle does a great job of running that board. It is only during tourney time that all the discussion moves over here.

Agreed. Other than the occasional recruiting or team updates for football and basketball, this is where the majority of discussion should be when that sport is in full gear and everything else is kind of slow. I can definitely see the need for the other sports boards when say football season is going on. It gives the true fans of that sport a chance to discuss something that many may not care much about at that particular time, and cuts board clutter here. At least there's an option, but right now, baseball is the hot topic for obvious reasons, and belongs where the most members are lurking.

Don't be that guy. It is summer and no football team news is coming out. Our baseball team is battling for a 3peat and a few weeks of baseball on the football board is not going to kill anyone. I imagine if our mens bball team participates in March madness, it will be the same.

Agreed. It's always amazing that people click on threads they don't care about then complain about said threads.

This is my point. Just don't see the need for the other boards if all of the important stuff is going to to be on here. I also think it would be nice if we could go to another sports board and actually see all the recent posts. It would be better organized. Guess that's just too much work for most of us though.
