If we take him we are settling imo. Kid is a good ball player but not better than the players we have now. If we take his commitment it certainly would be a head scratcher.

do not think our staff is "settling" in April 2012, January 2013 maybe...lol
if the staff wants him this early and the fact there are limited RB schollys, they must like him.

Agree. Considering the other RBs we're recruiting I'd have to say that the coaches don't like our chances with them if we accept a commitment from this kid.

Guy actually reminds me a lot of Lattimore with his running style after watching his highlights on youtube. Not a burner, but has great vision like Lattimore.

This kid looks like a Baller! Seems waaaaayyyyy underrated to me at this point. Maybe there are some things like fumbling the ball or footwork he may need to work on that we didn't see in the film but those things can be corrected like Latti's tendency to fumble in HS were corrected. Power, Speed and vision are things he seems to already have.

Latti's fumbling issues were nothing more than a facade. He played one HS game on National TV and put the ball on the ground a few times and from their grew the myth that he had fumbling issues.
