I take it your pretty fired up about it, huh? He has won what, one event in the last 2+ yrs now. I wouldn't call him 'back' yet. He won, I don't think anyone was scared of him. He is a good golf player, he is still about the worst person I can think of to listen to an interview with.

Premature. Even if he starts winning majors again he will never get the endorsements he lost for cheating on the former nanny. All of his friends knew her but none of them were dumb enough to make "the help" their wife. Now she has way more money than he does and she never ever swung a club, at least at a golf ball. He is too dumb to ever win again and this is coming from a huge Tiger fan. His parents used to stay (rent) at my good friends house every year at the masters. He is a friendly guy and his mom is precious. His dad was pretty cool but Tiger isn't right bright. I thought he was but the Ellen thing showed me that he and his lawyers were very dumb. He should sell insurance after this. He only strikes fear in the announcers. Why are you down voting this? Ouch!

Needless to say he'll be riding MO heading into Augusta

I liked his clutch putting(roughly 10 feet and in) and distance control on the slick greens...both will be vital in two weeks if he is to win

If he's top 15 in putting for the week, I think he wins his 5th green jacket. It's what held him back the last six years.

There is nothing that can lessen my hatred for Woods. He is an arrogant person with no people skills. Everyone who he has ever been close to has left him. I'm glad his golf has suffered.

Uhh, before you start talking about how poor off he is, you may want to check out exactly how much money he does have.

Don't be naive enough to think he won't have tons of endorsements again if he's winning. Also, don't be naive enough to think she really has more money than he does.

What would you consider his performance today?

He's good. May not ever be as dominant as he was during his absolute prime. Nobody in history was. His 2000 and 2001 seasons were the best in history.

His game is getting back on track. I said it
in a thread after he pulled out of the tournament a couple of weeks ago. His swing is now back on track. He is now driving the ball very good again. If
He continues to drive the ball like he has the last two tournaments, he'll be somewhat dominant again. This is the best he's swung the club since before he went to Haney. Took him a couple of years to undo that mess.

No different than what Brandt Snedekar, Mark Wilson, Charl Schwartzel, Keegan Bradley, Darrin Clarke, Nick Watney, Sean Ohair, Web Simpson, and how many other nobodies have done since the last time he actually won.
