I don't disagree with y'all about the attention but if I owned a tv company I'd probably ask the guys to do the same thing. He is the $$$ maker for the TV world because more people watch if he is good that week. Should be an interesting weekend! I'd be shocked if Tiger makes a run something ain't right between his ears and it's hard to turn that around. I'm betting on a Phil Rory showdown which would be awesome come sunday! Who am I to question the oddsmakers, but the fact that he was the favorite to win was just plain stupid,
and I thought that before the tournament started. Young guns like McElroy weren't around when Tiger
was good, and there are enough of them around now to beat him even if he was still good.
None of them fear Tiger Freaking Woods.

Wish there was a way to bet that he won't win. I would take that bet in any tournament
that had the European young guns in it, as well as some/many others.
Michelson destroyed him a few weeks ago when they were paired together, yet Tiger is the favorite. Hard to figure.

The problem is clear. Tiger is suffering from performance anxiety. Only one way to cure that, get back out there and do it again. Who knows it might also help his awful golf game.

In my opinion this is the one area of Tiger's entire saga that the media failed to spend much time looking into. That doctor that came down from Canada to do those injections is very suspicious to alot of people........TV never made much out of it but I find it crazy to think that one must get a doctor from Canada to come here and this country does not have the means to do the same thing if in fact it was on the up and up.....

This and in my opinion he wouldn't have all those championships without them. The pga should test all golfers if they want to be considered as the top sports with football, baseball, etc...

Woods is a joke. All the attention he gets is absolutely ridiculous and he comes off as a complete douche in every single one of his interviews. He couldn't wipe Phil's ass.

Hate to disagree, but when Tiger was out, the TV golf ratings continued to improve, per Tim Finchem.
Are they higher when Tiger plays, yes. But maybe it is because many folks love to see him collapse, like he has done this week. To me, It looks like Tiger needs golf more than golf needs Tiger right now.
I know the playing golfing community I enteract with like the new young guns that have no fear of Tiger.
