Palmetto Proving Grounds

If you look at K-State's current roster they have nothing but forwards and guards and I think FM wants more athletic players who can not only shoot and score and go to the hole, but also have the abiltiy to fill the lanes on the break and press on defense. Tyrone Haughton is neither a scorer or a shooter is not as athletic as FM would like. I feel like Coach Martin will look out for TH and make sure he ends up at a program where Tyrone Haughton will be a better fit for their team's tempo/scheme. We are going to become a very fast-paced uptempo team and I honestly feel like Coach M can find the last two recruits (in this year's class) that will atleast give us legitimate fighting chance to be a competitive team within two years and a legitimate chance to compete for the SEC title and beyond within 4-6 years. I, for one am very pleased with the hiring of Coach Frank Martin and I know he has to make some hard choices, but I feel like he has the best interest of The USC Gamecocks in his heart and will lead us to bigger & better things!
