Here’s a quick update from a UGA fan that watched USC practice yesterday… let me know what you think.

Watched all of gamecock practice yesterday.......

First of all, that is a very cool event that they keep the first couple weeks open to the public. Don't know why we can't do that prior to installing gameplans, etc. Saw a couple dudes parked, sitting on the top of their truck, watching practice and drinking a beer after work. That's the way it should be.

Anyway, my observations....

-Devin Taylor is a specimen....clearly a leader, he came back to prove something and I think he will have a much bigger year than Clowney

- on Clowney, he loafs pretty consistently at practice. They had to run extra sprints three different times because he got called out. He was pissed and said "I been runnin all day.". Dude is unbelievably talented but I wouldn't be surprised if he fell short of the hype this year just because he believes it all and may not be putting in the work

-lattimore looks great. You never know until he goes live, but you can't help but like that guy. What a football player is supposed to be

-Shaq Roland will be their go to receiver day 1

-Shaw put on a couple pounds....he needed to but he still better learn to slide or he's not gonna last
