It bugs me when we talk about schools getting borderline guys in like its some terrible thing. Its an incredble opportuniy to play at either of our state schools. If their getting a little help im fine with that. Its potentially life changing and if a teacher decides to give a kid a B instead of a C/D then I can live with that. Not to mention glass houses.

I agree. Lets face it less than 10 or so of our scholarships guy would have gotten into USC if they weren't athletes. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. More chances for more people to go get an education and make something for themselves.

Both are roughly equally in the qualifying danger zone. Clempson staff rated Robinson slightly ahead of Williams altho they will take both. Our staff rates Williams the better take.

Robinson does not have a skill that is elite.He does not have one "dominant" quality.
Willams has size, and huge, soft hands that enable him to catch almost anything thrown in his direction. This quality can be dominating in college, and is the reason, imo, our staff has him rated higher.

ummm, he never said he was expected to qualify. He said his position was improved from previously-when he basically had little shot at qualifying. And bubbadude is obviously more tuned in than you. Both of those kids may well have an uphill climb. Yes, Williams as well as Robinson.
