Palmetto Proving Grounds

Should have been built as planned but was cut by the AD. When the university presented plans to to the city planning board for the stadium's approval the Victory Tower was billed as "the signature piece of the stadium." It Should not interfere with the NC Trophy Display Case since the Victory Tower was going to be an entrance into the park at Williams and Wheat Streets where the current gates are now.

No excuse for it not be built now regardless of the outcome in our series with Zona. And for those who do not know or remember what the plans looked like here you go:

The only thing that needs to change is placing the Baseball logo (the "SC') in place of the Block "C" logo.
