Yep. But, we gotta sweep LSU for that to happen. Hope UK loses one more to make it easier and we take 2 of 3 from the tigers and we win the SEC and secure a national seed.

We need 3 if UK wins their series 2-1. We need only 2 if UK loses their series. If we lose the series, it will not matter as far as a top 8 goes.

Maybe i am looking at it wrong, but according to what whittle posted in the SEC tourny outlook, we need to sweep if UK takes the GA series. If UK loses the series, we can take two and win the SEC.

If KY wins the next 2, they will be 20-10
If we take 2 of 3, we will be 19-10
We need to sweep or have KY lose another.

Pretty exciting knowing that by the end of the day we could possibly SEC champions after starting 1-5.
Need to sweep the doubleheader and have UK lose tonight and make tomorrow irrelevant.

But for you not good with math:
One equation is out of the mix. Had KY won 3...they win the East. Now, on to those still available.
If KY wins 2, we must sweep LSU
If KY wins 1, we must win 2.
If KY gets swept, we must win 1.
If we get swept, KY wins the East.
Heck, Fla could get back in the picture as well.
Regardless of what happens, LSU has won the West and will have a bye.
As far as the SEC Champions....too many if's. But the reality is...LSU, SC control their own destiny as of today.

Bottom line...we sweep LSU then we win the East and the SEC, add a bye to the tournament and guaranteed top 8 seeding. Tall order, but it can be done. Go Cocks!!!
