6 small meals a day with 70 grams of protein total. Moderate exercise 30 minutes a day x 5 days a week.

No processed foods low sugar, no artificial sweeteners, up your veggie intake, get more active by doing anything more than you do now. Easiest thing to start with is parking lots. As far away from the building as you can get

80 percent of it is changing your diet, and the other 20 is exercise. Cut back on carbs and watch your portions. Twenty pounds shouldn't be too difficult.

Personally, life altering things don't work. I think people spend too much effort on finding a diet that "works" without enough thought to a diet they will stick too. If all you need to drop is 20 lbs try cutting something off of every meal. For instance, I had a 6" BMT, chips, and sweat tea from Subway today. Instead, I could/should have left off the chips, tea, or both. Doing that at every meal with an eye toward eating better in general is a heck of a lot easier than monitoring fat or carbon intake.

this. its not a race its a marathon just be smart. go to wendys...just get that big burger and cut out the fries....just make small improvements and make common sense decisions. the burger is only 500 calories...the fries are ANOTHER 500 calories...its just that type of stuff.

if you cook your own food, use half the fatty stuff and be generous on meat and veggies...its really more about willpower and consistency.

make sure you are still getting protein so that you are not shedding the muscle as much as the fat.

Drink only water and keep sugar intake relatively low. The diet is key.
