Yes it's obvious when The TBS Mayor takes a leave of office. The lack of enforced ordinances and resolutions is evident. Mainly the identified / removal of Giraffe nuisances.

I talked to him tonight. He is doing well but I doubt we hear from him any time soon. Until then we will need to round up the giraffes by on our own.
