Sorry if already asked, but why has Martin got limited at bats lately? I know Celek has been hitting well, but Martin is really tough on right handed pitching.

Only one DH and Tanner rides the hot hand and Celek's been hitting the ball well. I think Tanner likes his no nonsense "see the ball hit the ball" agressive approach. He's cooled some though so I bet we'll see Martin.

I like Martin a whole lot. I don't think he was hitting very well with RISP, along with the whole team not named Christian. I think he is giving the elder guy the nod, as is his way.
Celek has huge power, so I think maybe Tanner is hoping for an easy run or two to leave the yard.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.

I wondered if he missed the bus..Kid is one of the guys on this team that can hit for average...I thought he would have at least started against the guy Friday night..
