That is unbelievable! KY getting punished for OOC schedule. Still, their overall body of work is good enough to be top 16.
Only 3 host sites for SEC is a joke.

I think it means UK really got punished for the way they ended their season (MSU sweep etc). If theyr'e looking at what have you done for me lately then we're toast.

Chair danced around discussing Kentucky directly but basically said there could be a #1 seed in another regional without saying it would be Kentucky. Refused to say why Miami got the nod.

If you don't think the NCAA has a hard on for the acc after this, then you are crazy. And I bet UNC and fsu will have easy regionals and an easy path to the cws.

I am surprised that they just did not award a host site to GT for winning the ACCT. They may as well have since they gave the ACC host sites for UVA and NC State.
Absolutely disgraceful. What an absolute joke!
If we do not pick up a national seed tomorrow it will be even more disgraceful.

You know UNC will...they always do. Mark it down they will again. With the exception of us in 2007 they have played NO ONE to get to Omaha the last 6 years. They should never have been in the NCAA Tourney in 2010 but were the last one in.
Then for the Super they will be paired with some West Coast team that will have to travel all the way across the country to play them. So much for keeping host sites and regionals in the same local general area to reduce travel.

I would like to see what would happen with Kentucky, Miss. State and Vandy being placed in ACC teams regional. The way I see it that should happen. Those three should be near the top 16 and some of the ACC teams should be at the bottom of the top 16.
