Nice start to the season for Wingo

  • 1-1, 2 walks, 3 stolen bases in his 1st game of the year. He's playing in the same Advanced-A league with Kyle Parker- thought he was supposed to be in the majors (or the NFL) by now. huh

  • Former comittment Chris Owings played short for the opposing team . Also, Bobby Haney is in the same league . Haney is a backup so far but is 7-for-14 .

    I'm sure old Kyle still looks good in his uniform

    I am surprised he is only at high A.

    Hopefully Wingo wears his ring in some of the team meetings.

    I'm no scout, but I've watched a LOT of baseball in my 52 years. Wingo is as slick a second baseman as I've seen!!
