Don't forget that today's game is on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. Since I'm not in Arkansas this weekend, this thread is to have an on-going discussion about today's game.

The lineup is the best mix of defense and offense. I bet Adam Matthews has a big day at the dish not having to worry about fielding.
He puts a tremendous effort into his defense, but doesn't get the best result sometimes. I like letting him DH. And, Tanner going with the hot hand, and bat behind the dish. There is no way to justify him not being back there right now. If we win today, probably see Rosey tomorrow, who is also a very good catcher.
Ally will beat the crap out of Uga.

English getting really comfortable on the bases and giving Fant hell. How about Pankake fouling off the pitchout to protect the hit and run? Little things.

This has been a terrible inning defensively.
Guy is out at 2nd with an accurate throw, and should have been meat at 3rd after the decision to run, then we don't even take the out they try to give us.

That 3 of the worst defensive playswithout an actually error that i have ever seen. A lazy tag attempt, cant get the ball outof the glove, and hoing away from the bag when you are the only play. Make that 4 but at least that can be chalked up as an error. Terrible defense, we have been fairly good lately but those plays are the reason why we have been so inconsistent this year. Oh well, make up for it with the bats boys!

Yeah those are plays they should make but it happens they got some momentum back with Walker's HR. It's tied so it's a new game now and with the win last night the team will feel like they can come back no matter what.

That was impressive.
Another thing that was impressive by Pankake was the throw he made from deep in the hole in the second? I think.
He has a hose. Can't wait until he starts pitching for us.

Unfortunately nowit appears to be infecting the outfield. They dont count as errors but i have seen at least 5 plays that directly resulted in extra bags and outs for arkansas.
