Manhattan was 11-18 in their OOC part of their schedule against mostly weak to mediocre competition. They play in one of the weaker conferences in the nation where six of the nine teams finished with below .500 records and one other only had a .500 record. I don't believe this team is on the level of the SoCon teams we have faced and we should be able to hold Roth to Game 2. But as always it is Coach Tanner's call and I defer to his expertise along with Coach Myers. Either way if we play up to our abilities I believe we win this game easily even using a starter other than Roth..

Agreed, however this year is different. I save him for game two no matter who's the opponent is and I could care less to clemson is in our regional. I would say the same thing if they were not here..... for the record I think we end up playing coastal

I think this is the way I'd play it. Tell both of them to be ready mentally, and see what happens. If ScuM wins you know Roth wants to spank them one more time. If CCU wins (I think they will) I think Colby will handle them fine. What ever happens we need 7+ from our first starter, and really need a strong outing from the next guy. Wild card here is FoKu's health.
