It's a line from a song "Garden Party" by Ricky Nelson
It's a rather common phrase from the American vernacular...but I'm sure you knew that .... nothing more - nothing less
I suppose it could have some auto erotic interpretation - if the shoe (or glove) fits ...
The reference to Holy Cards is from Caddyshack
