for those that use the 'youth' argument for Horn....

I'm talking to anyone that uses youth as an excuse for the issues with our program. I didn't say I was speaking to 'Horn supporters'.

The reason we are so bad is not bc of youth. It's got nothing to do with the players, the fans or the tradition. The problem lies in one area.

Our youth is a fact. As is Arkansas's.

Arkansas cannot win on the road, they are great at home. Probably something to do with their youth.

We also have other problems. our talent is probably not as ready and they probably are not as well coached.

I felt and still feel that you can make some accomodation in expectations for youth, but clearly we are not even meeting that reduced standard. And there is very little reason to think from the incoming players that there is much future or stability beyond that.

Right now we are on pace to be an experienced NIT team in two years. that's not what you are shooting for

If we were 16-14 and had 5 or 6 conference wins this year and a promising incoming class, it would be a much more reasonable thing to be patient. That has not been the way it has played out.
